Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work and schedules.
• Experience implementing BIM and Lean to improve project outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects with a high-performance team.
• Oversee Master Project Schedule and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and pay applications with accounting.
• Foster owner-architect-subcontractor-vendor relations.
• Ensure QA/QC programs and safety protocols are followed on site.
• Drive use of BIM and Lean techniques to improve project delivery.
• Communicate progress through ORM and management reviews.
