BFL Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning profitability, schedule performance, and client relationships.

The role provides strategic direction to the project team and acts as the primary company representative to owners, consultants, and partners. You will guide budgets, schedules, risk management, and compliance while coordinating with PMs, engineers, superintendents, and staff to ensure successful delivery and client

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience with a General Contractor or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with substantial project values
• Strong ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow management
• Experience with owner contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and cost reporting
• Involvement in preconstruction, buyout, scope alignment, and full lifecycle delivery
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to lead independently, make real-time decisions under pressure, and align field operations with project controls

Responsabilidades

• Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through close-out
• Establish project strategy, execution plans, and performance expectations
• Direct and align PMs, APMs, Engineers, Superintendents, and staff
• Resolve complex issues involving scope, cost, schedule, and risk
• Develop recovery strategies when schedule or budget is at risk
• Own project budgets, forecasts, financial outcomes, and reporting
• Review, approve, and negotiate change orders with impacts
• Oversee pay applications, subcontractor payments, and owner billing
• Interpret, enforce, and manage prime contracts and subcontracts
• Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead client, consultant, and stakeholder communication and meetings
• Drive client satisfaction and opportunities for repeat business
• Support business development, proposals, and market engagement
• Mentor and develop project teams, align office and field
• Oversee project closeout, documentation, and warranty processes
