Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and minimum of 10 years related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Experience implementing BIM and Lean to benefit the project.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance team through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring; provide regular staff feedback and timely performance appraisals.
• Understand and administer Turner’s contract and subcontract agreements.
• Foster and enhance owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Establish and manage the Master Project Schedule and its implementation.
• Oversee budget and financial reporting; analyze reports for adherence to budget.
• Manage QA/QC program and field operations and engineering processes.
