Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced senior project leader to drive delivery from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and partner with clients and design partners to achieve project goals while upholding DPR’s standards for safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, including 5 years in a leadership capacity required.
• Experience managing large, complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full project lifecycle from business award through final completion, ensuring delivery of scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
• Manages and directs project teams, including project managers, project engineers, and field operations staff, ensuring alignment with plans and standards.
• Reviews and approves major project decisions, including budgets, contracts, and schedule adjustments, in coordination with executives and senior leadership.
• Leads project risk management and mitigation planning, ensuring compliance with safety standards and DPR policies.
• Mentors and develops team members by providing coaching, feedback, and training plans to strengthen leadership capability.
