Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced project leader to manage one or more construction projects from preconstruction through closeout at the Augusta, GA site. The role emphasizes client relations, team development, and business development activities within a dynamic commercial construction environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 18 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of BIM/Lean approaches and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum eighteen years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, and organizations to enhance future business development opportunities.
• Develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring; ensure timely employee performance appraisals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to secure new work for the business unit.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projects.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
• Manage and lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee the master project schedule development and its implementation.
• Oversee budget and financial management for all projects.
• Support Turner initiatives and technologies; oversee QA/QC program.
• Drive enforcement of safety protocols by project staff.
