Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide execution leadership for mid-size or large complex projects. You will guide project managers, coordinate with field operations, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Strong client relationships and financial oversight are essential to success. You will mentor teams, influence strategic partnerships, and ensure delivery aligns with DPR’s standards for integrity and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations.
• Experience leading multiple mid-size projects or a large, complex project.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of multiple mid-size projects or a large project, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Directs and supports project managers and project teams, providing guidance on complex execution challenges and decision-making.
• Serves as the primary point of escalation for significant project risks, client concerns, contractual matters, and performance issues.
• Oversees project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost controls, contract administration, and risk management strategies.
• Partners with superintendents and safety leadership to reinforce field presence, safety leadership behaviors, and high-risk planning and execution.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, designers, support resources, and key trade partners to support collaboration and issue resolution.
• Mentors and develops project leaders with coaching, performance feedback, and individualized development plans.
