Responsibilities

• Owns management of time, money, and people for multiple projects; oversees plans and contractor performance.
• Manages multiple projects and reviews workflow; ensures quality and client requirements.
• Develops project plans with architects/consultants; sets schedules and allocates resources.
• Maintains cost control and manages budget changes as needed.
• Manages contractors and vendors per contract terms to stay on time and budget.
