Job summary

Kroll Konstruction LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager in Florida to oversee commercial construction from setup to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. The role involves coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on scheduling and budgeting expertise, with mobility for nationwide travel in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required; PMP certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of construction contracts and project management practices, and regulatory requirements.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in commercial construction management, preferably with a general contractor, from bid to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Budget & Compliance Oversight: maintain accurate reporting on budget performance and forecasts; manage budgets from pre-construction through closeout.
• Contract Management: review contracts, negotiate changes, and ensure compliance and timely resolution.
• Scheduling & Project Oversight: develop and maintain project schedules; monitor milestones and conflicts; lead coordination meetings.
• Metrics & Reporting: track budget/schedule/safety/quality; present status updates; document in PM platforms.
• Subcontractor Management: conduct coordination meetings; evaluate performance; oversee progress billings and retainage.
