The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians in Palm Springs, CA seeks an assistant Project Manager to support the construction and design teams across project lifecycles. You will help coordinate schedules, bidding, administration, and closeout, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution with the project team.
You bring at least 2 years of hospitality or commercial construction experience, familiarity with MS Office and project management tools, and strong communication skills to document daily

Responsible for assisting other PMs in the planning, organizing, supervising, quality control, security and safety procedures on the assigned job sites, as well as accurate communication, detailing the daily progress and bringing attention to potential problems.
