Clune Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive large commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead client interviews, develop GMP/lump-sum proposals and coordinate with owners, architects and trade partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 9+ years in construction project management, with 2–3 years in commercial construction, and a BS in CM/Architecture/Engineering. Resume required.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• 9+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2–3 years in commercial construction required.
• Prior experience with a commercial general contractor preferred.
• Resume required from all candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead project pursuits and preconstruction strategy with client interviews and RFPs.
• Oversee execution plans, goals, and alignment across teams from preconstruction to closeout.
• Direct subcontractor procurement, bid strategy, and contract negotiations.
• Serve as executive liaison with owners, architects, engineers and trade partners.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, change orders and overall profitability.
• Monitor schedule, quality, risk and project controls; resolve issues promptly.
• Mentor Project Managers, APMs and Project Engineers; build high-performing teams.
• Ensure successful commissioning, turnover, warranty, and final documentation.
