Job summary

CM&D is seeking a Project Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii to lead planning, design coordination and construction delivery for major healthcare, senior living, multifamily, and hospitality projects. You will manage day-to-day activities, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulators to deliver on time and on budget.

Based in Hawaii, you will apply CM&D’s standards and value-driven approach, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with client goals across multiple concurrent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years PM/construction experience with healthcare, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, or institutional projects preferred.
• Experience managing projects through multiple phases of the lifecycle; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project activities, objectives, and procedures.
• Serve as client liaison with stakeholders, operators, and regulators; provide executive briefings.
• Mentor project staff on design and project management practices.
• Lead early planning, budgeting, and scheduling; define delivery strategy and milestones.
• Oversee design coordination, cost control, and procurement activities.
• Manage construction phase, safety, quality, and project closeout.
