Job summary

Career Opportunities in Honolulu, HI seeks a Project Manager to lead high-profile construction projects from inception to completion. You will direct project teams, develop budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The Senior level focuses on high-risk projects and governance with continuous improvement of PM processes. Minimum 5 years of PM experience, a bachelor's in a relevant field, and strong leadership with excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 5 years of experience as a project manager with a proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with high risk/high profile projects; DoD construction exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning: define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with tasks, timelines and dependencies.
• Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Define success criteria and KPIs; monitor performance and adjust as needed.
• Manage budgets, schedules and resources in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise project managers, engineers and superintendents as assigned.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate progress through regular reports.
