Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale construction efforts in Oklahoma. You will coordinate with management and inspection teams, drive planning and execution of major projects, and oversee cost and schedule control.

You will contribute to QA/QC staffing plans, contractor qualification, and contract strategy, while ensuring safety and compliance across site operations. A CCM certification and HV/industrial experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management preferred.
• CCM (CMAA) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and collaborate with construction management and inspection teams.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of natural gas pipeline and other construction projects.
• Account for front end construction planning, estimate development, analysis, and contract management.
• Provide input in QA/QC staffing plans, construction cost/schedule management, and liaison activities with business partners.
• Provide input on contracting strategy and contractor qualification/selection.
• Review contractor schedules, execution plans, and extra work claims.
• Develop and run construction progress reporting.
• Lead construction closeout.
• Perform audits of inspection processes and documentation requirements.
• Anticipate and proactively address potential issues and claims.
• Provide onsite leadership to the inspection team.
