• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects while balancing client priorities and operating goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty.
• Lead project teams, ensure safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction goals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and represent CORE externally.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor Project Managers and develop high-performing teams.
