Job summary

Calculated Hire seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout, reporting to Construction leadership. You will own budgets, schedules, contracts, risk, and quality, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with Development, Architects, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong financial acumen, risk management, and extensive Procore experience to drive successful project outcomes in a complex construction

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading full lifecycle construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Contract negotiation and change order management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with accountability for schedule, cost, and quality.
• Serve as liaison among Development, Architects, ownership, and subcontractors.
• Own and manage construction contracts and change orders.
• Develop preconstruction strategies including design review and constructability analysis.
