Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8 years of experience spanning design management, estimating, preconstruction, or project management.
• Strong understanding of design documentation, estimating processes, and construction execution.
• Proven ability to communicate with owners, designers, and internal teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate design teams from conceptual design through construction documents.
• Partner with estimating on conceptual estimates, design-build pricing, and GMP development.
• Develop and manage design and preconstruction schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Serve as primary contact with owners and owner's representatives, leading progress meetings and translating data for guidance.
• Ensure smooth transition from preconstruction into construction with clear handoff and follow-through.
