Job summary

Liberty, founded in Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking a Safety Manager to coordinate and administer safety programs across our projects nationwide. You will partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to focus on key risk factors and to foster a strong safety culture on every site.

The role requires 5–10 years of commercial construction experience and a Bachelor's/University degree in Health & Safety or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years self-perform commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's/University Degree in Health & Safety, Construction Management or equivalent certifications
• Travel Requirements: 0-5%
• Licenses/Certifications: Driver's License
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, OSHA 30/40 hour
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer safety programs to support business objectives.
• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to focus on key risk elements and ensure a strong culture of safety.
• Lead training, toolbox talks, and site safety meetings; review subcontractor safety programs.
