Job summary

SES Electrical LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction programs in Knoxville, coordinating subcontractors, schedules and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.

The role oversees design-build and bid-build projects from proposal through closeout, interfaces with clients and occupants, manages risk and reporting, and leads a strong project team toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience in healthcare alteration and construction projects from commencement of design to project close out with a working knowledge of Integrated Project Delivery principles and the risks related to integrating FF&E into the process.
• Familiarity with Infection Control Risk Assessments and related controls.
• Familiarity with Interim Life Safety Measures and planning.
• Management of Design Build and Bid Build projects.
• Strong customer service ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design-build and bid-build projects from proposal to closeout.
• Coordinate procurement of subcontractors and supervise construction activities to meet on-time delivery and budget constraints.
• Develop and scrutinize project budgets and cost estimates.
• Interface with client, occupants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster relationships with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and clients.
• Forecast project cash flow and track financial performance.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients.
