Qualifications

• 13+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor degree preferred in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating field operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, coordination, and completion of construction projects.
• Oversee cost control, change management, and regular client updates.
• Develop project managers and mentor team members.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
