Warfel Construction is seeking a Project Executive to provide executive oversight and lead a high performing Project Management Team from Paoli, PA. The role emphasizes client satisfaction and growth under our Clients for Life mission, with travel to job sites across New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties.

The ideal candidate will oversee multiple project teams, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and collaborate with preconstruction and business development to secure new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a four-year college degree majoring in construction management, engineering, architecture or similar program or similar related career experience.
• 12+ years management experience or similar career experience. Proven record of successfully managing projects consistent with those built by Warfel Construction Company.

Responsabilités

• Executive contact to the client from Preconstruction, as applicable, through the construction process.
• Organize and lead a team of 3-5 Project Managers, provide direct oversight to their projects and take an active role in their development.
• Establish team revenue and margin goals in alignment with Warfel strategic plan.
• Assist Business Development & Work Acquisition teams to find new client relationships and project opportunities.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs and RFQs with strong planning ability.
• Work with Preconstruction teams to prepare logistics plans and schedules.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on or under budget.
• Visit job sites and review status against CPM schedule, quality control and appearance.
• Discuss quality control with field supervisor and develop recovery plans if needed.
• Participate in project turnover and procurement processes to support project success.
