Job summary

Warfel Construction is seeking a Project Executive to oversee the project team from Delaware. You will lead a high-performing PM group, maintain client satisfaction, and drive revenue and margins in line with our Clients for Life mission.

You will manage a 3-5 PM team, coordinate with BD for new opportunities, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery while maintaining strong client relations and field collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have a four-year degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 12+ years of management experience or equivalent career experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as executive client contact from Preconstruction through construction.
• Organize and lead a team of 3-5 Project Managers and oversee their projects.
• Set team revenue and margin goals aligned with Warfel's strategic plan.
• Assist Business Development to find new client relationships and opportunities.
• Lead in preparing responses to RFPs and RFQs with strong interview/presentation skills.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction to plan logistics, schedules, and constructability reviews.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, achieving margins.
• Organize multiple project teams and resolve personnel conflicts effectively.
• Visit job sites, review status against CPM, and implement recovery plans if needed.
• Discuss quality control with field supervisors and address issues promptly.
• Manage project turnover, procurement of key trades, and early packages.
