Job summary

Warfel Construction Company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead on-site construction efforts in East Petersburg, PA. The role focuses on client satisfaction, schedule adherence, and maintaining Clients for Life.

You will lead project teams and liaise with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery. You'll manage complex projects, develop CPM schedules, and drive cost control and procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of management experience on construction projects.
• Five or more projects each valued at $20 million or more completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain Clients for Life alignment.
• Lead multiple projects and teams to stay on schedule and on/under budget.
• Develop and present plans, schedules, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Coordinate with preconstruction teams on logistics and constructability reviews.
• Manage project revenue of $30M+ and strive for profitable margins.
• Mentor project team and improve task execution and collaboration.
• Oversee subcontracting, procurement, change management, and cost control.
