Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects in the Orange County area, overseeing contract administration, scheduling, procurement, and financial performance. The role supports diverse settings from interiors to public works and theme projects.

Ideal candidates bring extensive project management experience, supervisory capability, and familiarity with construction software to drive safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Ten years or more of commercial construction experience in project management.
• Five years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Experience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling to ensure quality and profitability.
• Oversee project financial projections and budget adherence.
• Coordinate and manage preconstruction activities and scheduling.
• Foster customer and community relations while maintaining safety culture.
• Support leadership development and team culture on projects.
