Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite trade activities and coordinate materials from design to installation.
• Track and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.
• Manage cost control, including change orders and risk identification.
• Assume ownership of project execution beyond assigned contracts.
• Interpret and apply construction design documents.
