Responsibilities

• Manage onsite trade activities from design to final installation.
• Track and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.
• Manage cost control, change orders, and issue resolution.
• Read and apply construction design documents and specifications.
• Lead and mentor junior associates on the project.
