Job summary

McKinstry Co. , LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Project Engineer to join the New Construction Mechanical INW division in Spokane, WA.

You will assist with project management, including fiscal performance and compliance, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include RFP support, equipment procurement coordination, trade scheduling, and cost control, with a focus on safety and site operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• May serve as the on-site point of contact for client, subcontractors, vendors and field personnel.
• Support RFP process and coordinate equipment procurement with purchasing.
• Assist in development of Scope of Work for subcontractors and manage subcontract/purchasing docs.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of trades; assist with monthly project accounting review.
• Maintain drawings, RFI/submittal logs, and site correspondence; manage submittals.
