This role will involve supporting project managers throughout the project lifecycle and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in construction project management. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to work on job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Knowledge of construction practices, scheduling, and cost management.
• Comfortable working on job sites and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in executing projects from design through closeout.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to manage schedules and submittals.
• Assist with project budget tracking and forecasting.
• Conduct site walkdowns and verify compliance with standards.
• Build relationships with clients and project team members.
• Mentor interns or junior staff.
