The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients and subcontractors and ensuring project completion within schedules and budgets. Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally design-build.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Ability to walk a job site, climb ladders, and scale multi-floor scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage a design schedule.
• Assist in the establishment of project forecasts and budgets.
