Qualifications

• Ability to engage and drive projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents.
• Proficient in general construction practices and principles.

Responsibilities

• Directs project staff on multiple projects simultaneously to ensure projects are completed per contract documents and schedule.
• Coordinates and communicates with owners, vendors, crews, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely project completion.
• Manages project documentation across multiple projects (schedules, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, budget tracking).
• Negotiates procurement of scopes of work and drafts subcontract and purchase orders.
• Manages subcontractor activities alongside PMs and Superintendents to meet contract expectations.
• Establishes and coordinates overall project schedules with Superintendents.
• Monitors cost control, labor forecasts, material, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Prepares and negotiates change orders; reviews those prepared by others.
• Leads project meetings and maintains compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Performs financial reviews and monthly projections as part of business planning.
• Supports pre-construction reviews including design and estimating.
• Visits project sites to monitor progress and verify quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains client relationships and assists in development of new business.
• Mentors and develops project management staff.
