Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or related field with 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership skills with ability to direct others and resolve conflicts.

• Demonstrates integrity and commitment to company values and customer expectations.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning and daily execution of construction projects.
• Proactively manage project budget, expenses, and owner/subcontractor billings.
• Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and material deliveries to meet schedules.
• Support preconstruction activities, bid package development, and subcontractor solicitations.
• Oversee site safety, quality control, and coordination drawings with subcontractors and superintendent.
• Prepare progress reports and meeting minutes; manage close-out documents and training logistics.
