Job summary

You will help manage subcontractor coordination, submittals, scheduling, budgets, and quality control, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and documentation. This role requires OSHA awareness and leadership to support site teams while upholding company values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• OSHA courses to be completed within the first six months of employment.
• Demonstrates leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to create, manage, and revise schedules and priorities of projects.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning and daily execution of the construction project.
• Manage submittal data, shop drawings, and coordination drawings to keep schedules on track.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure delivery of materials and compliance with contract documents.
• Attend meetings with Architect/Engineer and owner representatives and prepare progress reports.
