You will develop schedules, budgets, bids, change orders, and reports, liaise with owners, vendors, and crews, and help maintain safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 1 year or more of related work experience preferred.
• Other technical experience such as military, public service, on the job training programs, etc. may meet this requirement as determined by local management.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the project manager in assuring timely project completion.
• Develop schedules, budgets, progress reviews, billings, bids, change orders, submittal lists and reports.
• Interface with subcontractors, owners, vendors, and company personnel to coordinate efficient completion of a project.
• Create project management & superintendent documentation including schedules, material purchases, cost management, progress charts, labor allegation, etc.
• Coordinate/communicate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontracts, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely project completion.
• Assist with labor forecasting and project billings.
• Conduct workplace inspections assessing quantity & specification/quality, percent completion by subcontractors, & safety compliance.
• Develop operations and maintenance manuals and as-builts as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Promote safety culture and adhere to company policies.
