Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, action items, and status reports.
• Serve as central point of contact for project communications across teams.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Track progress, flag delays and risks, and assist with budget tracking.
