Job summary

H+M Industrial EPC is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead the Construction Project Controls team, shaping strategy and driving performance across projects. You will interface with the Construction Department and Leadership, developing baselines, tracking progress, and delivering critical reports and dashboards.

The role emphasizes senior-level input, cross-functional coordination, and responsibility for planning, scheduling, and cost control on direct-hire construction EPC projects,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years related professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years planning and scheduling experience in P6.
• Experience leading a Project Controls team on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of Construction Project Controls.
• Coordinate with Construction Department and Teams.
• Prepare summary reports for Leadership.
• Develop and maintain baseline schedules; conduct progress updates.
• Resource planning for project execution; develop cost-loaded schedules.
• Analyze schedules, identify recovery/mitigation actions; track KPIs and dashboards.
• Lead department planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement.
