• Provide specialist financial and accounting advice to private sector clients across a variety of construction contracts.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting on project performance.
• Manage project billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
