RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee design and renovation projects from contract through disposition. You will coordinate with contractors, architects, and the Asset Management team to keep budgets and schedules on track.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture and at least 5 years of construction management experience, with 2+ years in project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management and property management.
• Preference for at least 2 years in a project management position.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and renovation projects from contract through disposition.
• Coordinate with consultants, general contractor, and design team.
• Prepare and review budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
