Job summary

JLL in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for construction and capital improvement projects across the portfolio. You will ensure projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered within scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and operational requirements.

The role oversees multiple concurrent projects, mentors PMs and construction professionals, and coordinates with Operations, Facilities, Engineering and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field with progressive construction/project management background.
• At least 10 years managing construction or project-management in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects and teams of PMs and construction professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for construction and capital improvements across the portfolio.
• Oversee planning, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover of projects.
• Maintain delivery processes, controls, and best practices across projects.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, contracts, and forecasts.
• Review plans and strategies to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead activities in active facilities while minimizing disruption to operations.
