Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead complex capital projects from planning through closeout. You’ll coordinate with stakeholders, supervisors, and contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining contract compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of construction project oversight, active TS clearance, and a degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field. PMP/CCM/PE credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained TS clearance.
• 12+ years of experience managing construction projects.
• 12+ years of experience may be substituted with degree plus experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee site activities, monitor progress, address risks and field changes.
• Review plans, specs, schedules, and submittals for contract compliance.
• Track performance, maintain docs, and provide status updates.
• Support procurement, scheduling, inspections, and contractor management.
• Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with regs.
