HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead construction field services programs across Western Colorado from our Denver area office.

You will direct contracts and projects, coordinate resources, and build client relations with federal, state, and local agencies to deliver safe, high-quality infrastructure. The role emphasizes HDR's employee-owned culture, collaborative project delivery, and the use of traditional and non-traditional methods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction planning and management, including field engineering, submittals, estimating, scheduling, and site safety.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.
• Active participation in our employee-owned culture is a must.
• Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and manage construction contracts and projects of varying size and complexity.
• Coordinate resource management and multi-project delivery.
• Develop and cultivate client relations with federal, state, and local agencies; support proposals with HDR's marketing group.
• Engage in identification, proposal development and technical delivery of construction management and program management projects.
