Job summary

Sempra Infrastructure is seeking a senior contracts leader to oversee the E&C Contracts Management function across multiple projects, guiding negotiation, drafting, compliance and governance from project development to execution.

The role partners with PM, Engineering, Construction and legal teams to ensure commercial governance, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence. Hybrid work with four on-site days weekly; extensive total rewards including a bonus program and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA or Engineering degree preferred.
• 10+ years related experience.
• Experience in energy and contracts management.
• Construction management experience.
• LNG or gas processing industry experience.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Approve project plans and contract strategies, and authorize expenditures.
• Lead project close-out and regulatory approvals for seamless transitions.
• Oversee multiple procurement initiatives for design, construction, and oversight.
• Manage portfolio KPIs and relationships with key subcontractors.
• Provide targeted training to strengthen technical competencies.
• Collaborate with functional leaders across PM, Engineering, Construction, and more.
