Job summary

Sempra Infrastructure Partners, LP is seeking a Senior Manager for Major Construction Project Management in Houston, TX. You will lead the E&C Contracts Management function across multiple projects, overseeing negotiation, drafting, compliance, governance, and strategic contract execution.

You will collaborate with Project Directors and functional leaders to support project delivery, risk mitigation, and enterprise objectives while guiding a team through planning, resourcing, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Typically 10 years of related experience are required.
• LNG or gas processing experience is preferred.
• Experience with day-to-day management of complex contractual arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Approves project plans and contract strategies, and controls expenditures.
• Manages project close-out, final inspections, and regulatory approvals for seamless transition.
• Leads procurement to secure design, construction, and project oversight contractors.
• Monitors project portfolio performance with KPIs to drive outcomes.
• Builds relationships with key subcontractors and ensures safety and quality standards.
• Provides targeted training and development to strengthen team capabilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
