Accelevation LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex construction programs from preconstruction through closeout. You will guide project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure safety, schedule, cost, and contractual objectives are achieved.

Formación

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in construction or related industries.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, or multi-project programs.
• Prior experience leading project teams and mentoring Project Managers and Engineers preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software such as Procore, ACC, Epicor, etc.
• Ability to create, update, and own a scope-delineated project schedule with working knowledge of Microsoft Projects or other similar scheduling software.
• Understanding of budget-progress correlation within data center white space construction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver large, complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership during preconstruction, including constructability reviews and planning.
• Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and participate in peer reviews.
• Oversee permitting, risk coordination, and Notice to Proceed processes.
• Oversee procurement, cost control, and change management activities.
• Develop subcontract bid packages and manage subcontractor selection and contracting.
• Prepare and manage owner pay applications and progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders and ensure SHMP compliance.
• Monitor QA/QC inspections and test data, ensure safety and project controls.
