Accelevation LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of critical construction projects on-site in the United States. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risk while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Pre-Construction, Finance, and Field Operations to deliver contract-aligned outcomes, mentor teams, and drive profitability. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or a general contractor environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and scopes of work.
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and forecasts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own projects from engineering handoff through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, costs, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Pre-Construction, Finance, and Field Operations to ensure contract-aligned delivery.
• Lead and coordinate internal trade teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, revenue tracking, and labor planning.
• Build and maintain project schedules with milestones and accountability.
