Accelevation is seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate end-to-end execution of mission-critical construction projects in the United States. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to contract terms while guiding cross-functional teams through planning, procurement, and field operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in construction or project management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders and forecasts.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own projects from engineering handoff through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, costs, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Pre-Construction, Finance, and Field Operations to ensure contract-aligned delivery.
• Lead and coordinate internal trade teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and closeout deliverables.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, revenue tracking, and labor planning.
• Build and maintain project schedules with clear milestones and accountability.
• Track project performance and proactively escalate issues to leadership.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations.
• Enforce quality, safety, and regulatory standards with Safety team.
• Travel to job sites as needed, up to 50 percent.
