• 10 years’ experience in a variety of building types and construction management through all phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Client and project team to deliver projects that meet the client’s goals and outcomes.
• Liaise with clients and assist with project-related decisions.
• Plan, organize, and direct PM functions through all phases: Preconstruction, Construction, Closeout.
• Maintain and produce cost and status reports that meet the client’s objectives.
• May manage and mentor an internal team of project support or work independently.
• Collaborate to improve team performance and effectively communicate.
• Identify opportunities to add value to achieve desired outcomes.
• Add to team effort by performing other duties as assigned.

Education
