Job summary

3i Construction Management, LLC is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead commercial and public-sector construction initiatives from preconstruction through closeout in Dallas.

You will own planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, safety coordination, and stakeholder communication with autonomy and proactive risk management. Responsibilities include leading coordination with owners, architects, and trade partners, driving project startup and execution, and maintaining audit-ready

Qualifications

• 9+ years in senior project management on commercial/public projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with public-sector procurement and contract administration.
• Knowledge of project controls, estimating fundamentals, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Set clear expectations, remove obstacles, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and actions clearly and promptly.
• Oversee project startup, scope review, procurement planning, and schedule development.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and protect safety, schedule, cost and quality.
