Project Leadership & Client Management

Financial Management & Contract Administration
  • Develop and manage budgets, GMPs, cost-loaded schedules, cash flow, forecasts, KPIs, and project profitability.
  • Prepare owner payment applications; review subcontractor billing, lien releases, and insurance compliance.

  • Composure and collaboration: remains respectful and decisive under pressure, listens to differing perspectives, and resolves conflict productively.
  • Continuous improvement: applies lessons learned and recommends improvements to project delivery and team performance.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency by completing tasks quickly, accurately, and thoroughly while effectively managing multiple priorities without becoming overly focused on a single task.
