Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree (CM/Engineering preferred) or 10+ years of related experience, plus 4+ years leading multi-million-dollar projects. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with proficiency in Bluebeam and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related experience required.
• Minimum 4 years leading large multi-million-dollar complex projects.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting and subcontractor management required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field project managers, general contractors (GCs) and owners. Be responsible for nurturing successful relationships to ensure the success of the projects.
• Manage the Pre-construction, preplanning, and construction project scheduling process. Leverage strong relationships with GCs to grow the Batchelor & Kimball business.
• Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts with external vendors to reach agreements beneficial to the project.
• Manage project finances including profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.
