Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a senior construction leader to oversee complex projects for a nationally recognised contractor. You will manage safety, quality, schedule and financial performance across multi-discipline teams on high-profile programs.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of construction management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This role offers opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative environment and exposure to landmark projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years of construction management experience.
Equivalent combinations of education and industry experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for project safety performance.
Lead project execution to meet contractual obligations, quality standards and schedule requirements.
Oversee project financial forecasting, billings, notices and risk management processes.
Develop and maintain project-specific quality management and closeout plans.
Lead, mentor and support the career development of team members.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
Drive schedule performance through effective planning, communication and resource management.
