Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects and will manage stakeholders, milestones and governance across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include reporting, cost control, value engineering, and ensuring design standards are followed. On-site presence may vary based on client needs and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills for collaborative teamwork.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes and systems are applied on projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Manage interfaces between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
